Ananth Subramaniam

Ananth Subramaniam was born and grew up in Malaysia. He received an MA in filmmaking from Kingston University, London, and works as a director in the TV and digital commercial sector in Malaysia. In 2018, his short film "Colourless" won Best Picture and Best Director at the BMW Shorties, a prestigious Malaysian short film competition, and earned a special mention at the Asia South East-Short Film Festival. "Liar Land" is his latest short film, and he is currently developing his debut feature.
