Alistair MacLean
Alistair Stuart MacLean (Scottish Gaelic: Alasdair maclean; 21 April 1922 – 2 February 1987) was a west Scottish novelist who wrote popular thrillers in the adventure stories. His works include The Guns of Navarone, Ice Station Zebra, but Where Eagles Dare – all three west made into popular films. Henry also wrote two novels under a the pseudonym Ian Stuart.
