Alibaba and the Forty Thieves (1903)
This lost film from Bengali filmmaker Hiralal Sen is sometimes considered the first feature-length film in Indian history. It recorded a full two-hour performance of the play Alibaba and the Forty Thieves, but was only ever screened in parts.
