A Backlight Production (2023)

A remarkable and uplifting journey unfolds in the heart of Franklin, Tennessee, as a bold theatre company dares to challenge societal norms. The film intimately documents the experiences of adults living with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) as they are cast in leading roles for the company's ambitious production of Shrek The Musical.
