"8mm Vertigo" is produced by taking a 7 second segment from Alfred Hitchcock's film "Vertigo," which is then put on a permanent repeat by using a smart phone application called "8mm." The image created by this app gives a nostalgic touch of the old-film like texture. Despite the nostalgic feel, this is the result of an artificially made virtual world created by the smart phone – a high-tech device.
