Katharina (28) and Sven (31) are inseparable, despite their many differences. Katharina is a successful assistant physician who enjoys her peace and quiet after a long days work, whereas Sven is a sports fanatic and student whose degree is long overdue. When Sven finally proposes to Katharina, the happy couple decides to tie the knot in just a few days: everything seems perfect. As happy as they are, they can't help but feel that everything is about to be set in stone. The question arises, if they are sure they want to spend the rest of their lives together. Is the pending wedding the biggest mistake of their lives, or will it be the best decision they ever made? And are they really ready for a family of their own? And this is where destiny takes over. During the wedding preparations, while trying on the rings, a small but momentous incident takes place: Katharina and Sven switch bodies. Tumultuous days begin for the two of them. While they try to keep the façade upright towards their friends and families, Katharina and Sven are faced with unforeseen challenges. They start seeing themselves and their respective partner in a whole different light. Stuck in the other's body, Katharina and Sven begin to find the well kept secrets of the person they were so close to marrying.
