Feeling as fit as a fiddle, fearless carnival stunt performer Stefos catches the eye of mysterious Max Coleman, the cynical representative of a New York-based multinational corporation specialised in organ transplants. Drowning in debt, it doesn't take long before Stefos unwisely accepts Coleman's lucrative offer to sell him his heart; of course, the precious organ will be his for the taking after Stefos' death. However, as Stefos signs a binding contract and starts having a slice of the good life, the invisible noose around the daredevil's neck tightens, and the buyers become increasingly anxious to see results.
