A film about the administrative center of Georgia, the city of Atlanta, about the social and political problems of its inhabitants. The city, a century earlier, burned down by the northerners on the orders of Sherman and rose from the ruins. Atlanta by that time was not just the capital of Georgia, but also its economic and industrial center.
