King Matthias's shoulder in not only a burden of governance, his other duties are also overwhelmed, as find a new wife after the death of the previous one, and diplomacy talks to the deputy of pope. To get rid of the troubles, he's going hunting in disguise with his best friend, Gabor. That's how they reaches Gyevi, a small village called the middle of the world, where he faces the overbearing local justice who, of course, does not apply to the law. The judge send the king in jail, while the bride candidates in his castle crossing their paths, causing no small diplomatic complications.
