Thomas Mitchell

Thomas Mitchell (11 juillet 1892 – 17 décembre 1962) était un acteur Américain, dramaturge et scénariste. Parmi ses rôles les plus célèbres dans une longue carrière sont ceux de Gerald O'Hara, le père de Scarlett O'Hara dans autant en emporte le Vent, l'ivresse et la Doc Boone dans Stagecoach de John Ford, et l'Oncle Billy dans C'est une Vie Merveilleuse. Mitchell a été la première personne à remporter un Oscar, un Emmy, et un Tony Award.
