John Miljan

John Miljan

John Miljan (9 novembre 1892 – le 24 janvier 1960) était un acteur Américain. Il est apparu dans de 201 films entre 1924 et 1958. Il était de haute taille, enjôleurs méchant dans les films d'Hollywood depuis près de quatre décennies, à partir de 1923. Miljan fait son premier film sonore en 1927 dans le trailer promotionnel pour La Chanteuse de Jazz, invite le public à voir le prochain point de repère film. Plus tard, il a joué imposante, autoritaire pièces telles que des hauts cadres et des officiers de l'armée. Il est mieux connu comme le Général Custer à Cecil B. De Mille du film Les Plaines. Miljan est mort d'un cancer à Hollywood dans les années 1960, 67 ans. Il était marié à Victoire Lowe et a adopté ses deux fils de son premier mariage avec l'acteur Creighton Hale.
