John Gielgud

John Gielgud

Sir Arthur John Gielgud, OM, CH ( 14 avril 1904 – 21 Mai 2000) était un acteur anglais, réalisateur, et producteur. Un descendant de la célèbre Terry agissant de la famille, il a réalisé début d'une renommée internationale pour son jeune, émotionnellement sécurisé expressive Hameau, qui a éclaté au box-office des enregistrements sur Broadway, en 1937. Il était connu pour sa belle en parlant de verset et en particulier pour sa chaleureuse et expressive de la voix, qui à son collègue de Sir Alec Guinness assimilé à "l'argent de la trompette étouffés dans la soie". Gielgud est l'un des rares artistes qui ont remporté un Oscar, un Emmy, un Grammy et un Tony Award.
