Helena Wittmann

Hélène Wittmann was born 1982 à Neuss, Germany. Originally studying Spanish and Media Studies à Erlangen et Hambourg, she went on to attend The Ecole des beaux-Arts de Hambourg (HFBK) entre 2007 et 2014. In her film and within her artistic practice, rooms constitute much more than just bare venues of a storyline. She questions and contextualises the boundaries of these rooms them with them, on them and them along. Since 2015 she is working as artistic research assistant at The École des beaux-Arts.
