Director Segundo de Chomon films Barcelona in a series of brief shots. Beginning in the city, we are shown the waterfront, a market and several exotic plants. As the film progresses, the director mounts the camera on a boat to show the scenery in one of the city's parks. The film concludes with a shot of a man going down the river on a rowboat.
