"Sé villana. La Sevilla del diablo" is a compiling documentary made of bits of radio and TV programmes and documentaries related to the Spanish city of Sevilla. By cutting and putting these audiovisual fragments together the author reflects with irony and sarcasm some of the deepest problems of Sevilla and, in general, Andalucía and Spain, such as conservatism, corruption, invisibility of the low social class, lack of help from the Government, shortage of culture amongst high-class people and the pejorative stereotypes that are associated to people from south Spain. She depicts all of them in the current society as the consequences of capitalism, and makes us think about what is to be done about this.
