Notas de Altmühltal shows the West Spanish south as mezzogiorno of the milagro económico republic: the simple folk, as they say, vegetate a bit dully through their days; meanwhile, the autoridades do nothing to promote the economic and hence social, de desarrollo de la región, while the local honoraries look back on better times.
