Claudette Renier is a wealthy young business woman, pero takes a job as a model in a dressmaking house in an effort to meet some man who will love her for herself, and not because she has a lot of money. Andre Valleir, son of a wealthy manufacturer, argues with his father Charles, and under a assumed name, gets a job in the same establishment. The two meet, caso en love and before they get married with the blessings of their respective families, there is a great deal of comedy. Andre serenades Cluadette on several occasions. Trude Hesterberg plays Claudette's socialmente-inclined aunt and Erika de Thellman is the owner of the dressmaking house.
