Teil I: Neo-Kolonialismus und Gewalt ist eine historische, geographische und ökonomische Analyse von Argentinien. Teil II: Ein Akt der Befreiung untersucht, die zehn Jahre Regierungszeit von Juan Perón (1945-55) und die Aktivitäten der peronistischen Bewegung nach seinem Sturz von der macht. Teil III: Gewalt und Befreiung Studien die Rolle der Gewalt in der nationalen Befreiung-Prozess und stellt einen Aufruf zum handeln.
