The Girl and the Crisis (1917)
Lieut. Gouverneur Oliver Barnitz tritt die Statthalterschaft als seine Vorgänger, ohne zu rufen, die Miliz während der Krawalle bei der Wilmot-Anlage, ist Schuss und getötet durch terroristische Oliver Poole. Konfrontiert mit dem dilemma, ob oder nicht, um zu pendeln-der Attentäter zum Tode verurteilt, Barnitz fällt in einen unruhigen Schlaf und träumt davon, gezwungen zu sein, das Urteil darüber Fällen, der seinen Vater in einer ähnlichen position.
