The Ballad of the Sad Cafe (1991)
Ein verwirrendes Dreieck. Im ländlichen Süden des frühen 20 Jahrhunderts, Miss Amelia ist die Stadt, exzentrisch, Verkauf von mais Schnaps und Abgabe von Medizin. Sie nimmt in Ihrer halb-Schwester ' s Sohn, eine kleine Gauner-zurück-namens Lymon. Er schlägt vor, Sie öffnen ein café im Erdgeschoss ist von Ihrem großen Haus. Marvin Macy bekommt aus dem Gefängnis entlassen und kehrt in die Stadt; stellt sich heraus, er war verheiratet mit Amelia, aber es war nicht vollzogen. Er flehte, dann wurde wütend. Ist er zurück um Rache? Schließlich, Amelia und Marvin Bühne ein no-holds-barred-Kampf im café. Lymon ist eine komplizierte Antwort zu Marvin und Cousine Amelia zahlen in der Auflösung.
