Simon & Garfunkel: The Concert in Central Park (1982)
Nach ihrer spektakulären Trennung im Jahre 1970 fand das legendäre Duo erst elf Jahre später wieder für ein Reunion-Konzert mit anschließend weltweiter Tournee zusammen. Im September 1981 gaben Paul Simon und Art Garfunkel eine umjubelte Open-Air-Show in einer legendären Location – im New Yorker Central Park. Der Konzert-Mitschnitt positionierte sich international auf Chart-Spitzenplätzen, die Dokumentation erreichte bei Erstausstrahlung im US-Fernsehen traumhafte Einschaltzahlen.
