Die Geschichte beginnt im Jahre 1984 in Prag, Tschechoslowakei, wenige Jahre vor dem Ende der kommunistischen ära. Die band Pražský výběr (Prager Auswahl) hat gerade die Nachricht erhielt, thier 5-Jahres-Sperre ist abgelaufen, Sie sind erlaubt zu führen, noch einmal. Diese halb fantasy halb-Dokumentation über die band ziehen würde, die Atmosphäre in der mitteleuropäischen späten kommunistischen ära und der eufory von ihm ist Ende.
