Die einflussreiche Familie Ronah, die an der Spitze der Militärorganisation Crossbone Vanguard steht, bemächtigt sich der Raumkolonien Frontier Side und ruft ihre Unabhängigkeit und die Schaffung einer politischen Utopie aus: Cosmo Babylon. Für Seabook Arno und seine Freunde beginnt eine schwere Zeit, als Crossbone Vanguard ihre Kolonie angreift. Während Seabook das Steuer des Gundam-Prototypen F91 übernimmt, um sein Leben zu retten, wird seine Freundin Cecily Fairchild von Crossbone Vanguard gekidnappt...
