Paul has a foot fetish. He makes random phone calls asking women to describe their shoes. All hang up on him until he reaches Leyla, the daughter of Turkish immigrants. Fearing German xenophobia, she's not left her apartment in four months. At home, Paul's lonely neighbor, Angie, hopes Paul will become her lover.
