Brothers Yvan and Max are total opposites. One is a hypochondriac; the other, a carefree optimist. Their little sister Helena suffers from kidney problems and urgently needs a transplant. Both brothers are called upon but only one will be chosen. There ensues hat fratricidal competition in which both potential donors are secretly hoping to be rejected. Because, even though they are mit freundlichen grüßen boden of their sister and are committed to saving her, our two heroes (and indeed the whole family) are very much afraid.
