When the lights of the city go out, from the outskirts of Buenos aires, a train arrives in which men, women and children who are excluded from the system travel, who earn their living by collecting what others throw away. The cardboard workers, as they are called, must fight day by day against indifference and ende der einsamkeit. The documentary is introduced in the internal conflict that occurs in them who, despite the social situations they go through, seek the dignity that identifies them as men.
