Es handelt sich um eine Verfilmung eines indischen Volksmärchens. Ein boshafter und habgieriger Raja wünscht sich eine prächtige Antilope, die mit ihren Hufen Goldmünzen aufspürt. Ein Junge vom Land rettet die Antilope, doch der Raja bedroht ihn und zwingt sie, ihm zu dienen. Dafür wird der Junge schwer bestraft.
