1997: The Birth of the Camera Phone (2017)
Juni 11th, 1997, Philippe Kahn hat die ersten Kamera-Handy-Lösung zum teilen von Bildern sofort auf die öffentlichen Netzwerke. Der Anstoß für diese Erfindung war die Geburt des Kahns Tochter, wenn er jerry-rigged auf einem mobilen Telefon mit einer digitalen Kamera ein und schickte Fotos in Echtzeit. Im Jahr 2016 Zeit-Magazin enthalten Kahns erste Kamera-Handy-Foto in Ihre Liste der 100 einflussreichsten Fotos aller Zeiten.
